Prompt template
A proposal has gone quiet. - What I sent, when, and for how much: [textarea: The proposal] - Their last response: [textarea: What they said before going silent] - Their decision process: [textarea: Who decides, and what timeline they gave] - Time since: [text: Days or weeks] - How much I want this: [dropdown: Critical, Significant, Nice to have] Write three or four follow-ups, spaced sensibly, each adding something rather than just checking in. Make one of them useful and unrelated to closing. Make the last one easy to say no to, because that is what actually gets a reply. Suggest when to switch channel, and tell me the point at which to stop and how to leave it open.
