## Internal Announcement Writer Write an internal announcement for a change my colleagues need to act on. - The change: [textarea: What is changing and why] - Who is affected: [textarea: Teams or roles and how each one is touched] - Action and deadline: [textarea: What people must do and by what date] - Where to ask: [text: Channel or person for questions] - Channel: [dropdown: Email, Slack post, Intranet page, All-hands notes] - Tone: [dropdown: Neutral, Warm, Urgent, Celebratory] Open with the single sentence a skimmer must not miss: what changes and when. Then say who is affected, splitting groups when their actions differ, because a blanket "everyone" hides who really has work to do. Put the required actions in a short numbered list, each with its own date. Give the reason for the change in two sentences, since people comply faster when they understand it. Close with where to ask and when answers will come. Fit the length to the channel: a Slack post stays under 150 words, an email under 250. Give a subject line or headline too, and offer one shorter variant for a reminder a week later.
