Prompt template
Design interview questions. - The role and level: [textarea: What they would do] - What actually predicts success here: [textarea: The competencies that matter, not a generic list] - Stage: [dropdown: Screening, First interview, Technical, Final, Panel] - Time: [text: Minutes] - Where we have got hiring wrong before: [textarea: Past mistakes, and what we missed] Behavioural questions about specific past situations. Hypotheticals tell you how someone imagines they would behave, which is not the same thing. For each: the follow-up probes, and what a strong versus a weak answer sounds like so the panel scores consistently. Include a work sample if the role allows one. Cut anything that tests interview polish rather than the job.
