Sort each item into keep, cancel or downgrade. Where the call depends on usage and the list does not say (a streaming service, a gym, a cloud storage plan), ask me one short question about it before judging, rather than guessing. Spot overlaps, such as two services that do the same job, and a cheaper tier or annual plan that would suit the same use. Return a table with the columns Subscription, Monthly Cost, Decision and Reason. Finish with the monthly and yearly total saved and the new total, and note whether the budget target was met.
