Prompt template
## Competitive Teardown Tear down this competitor. - Competitor and product: [text: Company and product name] - Your product: [textarea: What you offer and to whom] - Information gathered: [textarea: Pricing page or reviews or features or screenshots notes] - Customer segment in focus: [text: Small agencies] - Purpose of the teardown: [dropdown: Positioning, Pricing, Roadmap, Sales battlecard] - Source reliability: [dropdown: Public pages only, Hands-on use, Customer interviews] Describe the competitor through the job the customer hires it for, not its feature list, and name the alternatives people use instead. Break the product down into the core promise, the key workflows, onboarding, and what is bundled. Lay out pricing: plans, the metric they charge on, free tiers, discounts, and what a typical customer in the focus segment would pay in a year. List strengths with evidence and weaknesses with evidence, using review themes or the supplied notes, and mark each claim as confirmed, inferred or unknown. Identify who they win and lose against, and what they seem to prioritise based on how they message. Then give differentiation options: where to match, where to ignore and where to beat them, each tied to a customer need. Finish with objection handling lines for sales and three questions to research next. Never present guesses as facts.
