Prompt template
## Flow audit - The task: [text: What the user is trying to accomplish] - Every step today: [textarea: Screen by screen, action by action, as it actually works] - How people arrive here: [textarea: Entry points] - Where they drop: [textarea: From analytics or support tickets, if you have it] - Constraints I cannot remove: [textarea: Legal, technical, business requirements] Map it including the branches and error states people actually hit, not the happy path. Against each step, mark what the user has to decide or provide, because friction is usually a decision they are not ready to make yet. Then tell me which steps could be removed, deferred, or given a sensible default, and propose the shorter version with what it costs. Where a constraint forces friction, suggest how to at least explain it.
