Address Pull Request Review Comments skill for Claude and Codex
Address Pull Request Review Comments as an AI skill. It asks for Pull request, Review comments, Intent of the PR and 3 more, then does the rest. Free to…
Install it once and Claude or Codex runs it for you. When your request matches, your AI loads the skill, asks for anything it is missing, and works through the template itself. Prefer to fill it in by hand? See the full prompt template.

When it is used
Use when a pull request has received review comments and the author needs each one fixed, answered, or politely contested with a reply on every thread. Do not use for performing a review on someone else's code. Related topics: coding, communication.
What it will ask you for
- Pull request (free text, e.g. "Link or number")
- Review comments (longer free text)
- Intent of the PR (longer free text)
- Comments I disagree with (longer free text)
- Reply tone (choose one: Brief, Friendly, Formal)
- Run tests after changes (choose one: Yes, No)
How it works
- List every review comment in a numbered table and classify it as Fix, Discuss, Question, or Nit.
- Apply the smallest change that satisfies each Fix item while keeping to the intent of the PR.
- Draft reasoned replies for disagreements and short answers for questions.
- Run the tests after the changes when enabled and report the outcome.
- Write one reply per thread and report threads resolved against threads still open.
What you get
A numbered comment table with classification and action, the code changes made, one drafted reply per thread, and a resolved-versus-open count.
What it watches out for
- Skipping nits silently, which leaves threads that the reviewer must chase.
- Changing code the reviewer did not mention while fixing a comment.
- Replying 'done' without saying what changed.
How to install
