Typos, half sentences, all of it.] Subject and level: [text: Course and stage] Exam format: [dropdown: Essay, Short answer, Multiple choice, Problem solving, Practical] What I want back: [dropdown: Condensed summary, Flashcard questions, Mind map outline, Exam-style questions] Keep every definition, formula and named example exactly as they are. Mark the two or three ideas the rest hangs off. Where my notes look incomplete or contradict themselves, flag it so I know to check rather than revise something wrong. End with three questions that would catch me out if I only recognise this material rather than understand it.
