A student in my class [textarea: describe what happened, plainly and without names]. Year group: [text: year group]. I want a restorative conversation, not a telling off. Give me a script: how to open it so they do not go straight on the defensive, three questions that get them talking about who was affected instead of who started it, and a way to land on an agreement we will both actually keep.
