- Set the priority level for your goal (choose one: High, Medium, Low)
- What do you hope to achieve with this goal? (free text, e.g. "Specify the desired outcome")
- List the key objectives to achieve your goal (longer free text)
- Step 1 (free text, e.g. "Describe the first step")
- Step 2 (free text, e.g. "Describe the second step")
- Step 3 (free text, e.g. "Describe the third step")
- Do you want to share your goal with someone for accountability? (choose one: Yes, No)
- If yes, who will you share it with? (free text, e.g. "Name of the person")
- How often do you want to track your progress? (choose one: Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Set a reminder to review your progress (number from 1 to 30)
- Select a mindfulness practice to help you stay focused (choose any: Meditation, Journaling, Deep Breathing, Yoga)
- How many minutes per day will you dedicate to mindfulness practice? (number from 1 to 60)
- Create a vision statement to motivate yourself (longer free text)
How to install
Claude.ai and the Claude desktop app
- Download the skill .zip.
- Open Settings, then Capabilities, and find Skills.
- Choose Upload skill and select the .zip.
- Ask Claude for help with the task. It loads the skill when your request matches.
Claude Code
- Download the skill .zip.
- Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ (or .claude/skills/ inside a project).
- Start a new session. Claude Code loads the skill when your request matches.
