# Proposal Follow-Up Sequence

They went quiet. Four messages, and knowing when to stop.

## How to use this skill

1. Ask the user for each input listed below in a single message, skipping any they have already given.
2. Where options are listed, offer them, but accept other answers too.
3. Fill the answers into the prompt template, then follow the completed prompt to produce the result.

## Inputs

- **What I sent, when, and for how much** (longer free text)
- **Their last response** (longer free text)
- **Their decision process** (longer free text)
- **Time since** (free text, e.g. "Days or weeks")
- **How much I want this** (choose one: Critical, Significant, Nice to have)

## Prompt template

A proposal has gone quiet.

- What I sent, when, and for how much: {{What I sent, when, and for how much}}
- Their last response: {{Their last response}}
- Their decision process: {{Their decision process}}
- Time since: {{Time since}}
- How much I want this: {{How much I want this}}

Write three or four follow-ups, spaced sensibly, each adding something rather than just checking in.

Make one of them useful and unrelated to closing. Make the last one easy to say no to, because that is what actually gets a reply.

Suggest when to switch channel, and tell me the point at which to stop and how to leave it open.
